Road to Kienbaum

Sportzentrum (Sport center) Kienbaum has been secret for long time. It was not on the map, either. GDR athletes used to stay there for months to train before world championships or Olympic games.

Appearance of Training gym

Now Sport center Kienbaum is open for everyone who enjoyes sports.Of course Kienbaum still stays as training facilities for top athletes.

German national squad visit here almost every month for training camp.

National squad consists of 23 gymnasts. 6 are from Berlin, 4 from Cottbus, 4 from Stuttgart, 3 from Chemnitz, 2 from Halle, 2 from Hannover, 1 from Dillingen, and 1 from Monheim.
